Arete Counseling Associates PLLC is committed to providing high quality mental health services. Arete Counseling offers a wide range of clinical services, including, but not limited to, counseling for children, teens, and adults.

 

In person appointments are held in our warm and welcoming office space in Bedford, NH. Telehealth sessions are also offered via a secure Telehealth platform.

The philosophical principal of Arete can be most simply defined as the act of utilizing our unique talents, bravery and intellect in order to achieve our full potential. In Greek philosophy, Arete is synonymous with principles of “excellence” and “moral virtue”.
